A graduate of Columbia University, Jennifer L. Silvershein is a therapist for the modern age. Jennifer has clinical experience working with individuals of all ages. She specializes in adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, eating disorders, trauma, and general unhappiness. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from Union College and her master’s degree from Columbia University. While at Columbia, she concentrated in advanced clinical practice in mental health service delivery.

She completed advanced clinical training in Rational-Emotive Therapy from the Albert Ellis Institute as well as Advanced Assessment and Diagnosis from New York University.
